The Maison ships domestically within the United States and internationally.

International shipments may be subject to shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional documentation requirements determined by the destination country and DHL. Depending on the destination and order value, DHL may request identification or tax-related information required for customs clearance. Customers may be contacted directly by DHL via email, phone, or SMS regarding these requirements. Orders unable to clear customs due to missing information may be returned to our warehouse.

Each order is intentionally prepared prior to dispatch. Processing requires 1–2 business days before shipment.

Complimentary two-day shipping is available on all orders within the continental United States, with three-day ground shipping offered as our environmentally conscious option. Next-day and international shipping are available at an additional cost.

Orders placed before 12 PM EST may qualify for overnight delivery, depending on destination and processing requirements.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
