THE BEGINNING
Luxury has always been connected to identity. The things we choose to wear and carry reflect our personal style, appreciation for quality and craftsmanship, and often our aspirations for who we hope to become.
After losing my daughter, Eliana, in February 2021, something in me began to shift. Grief changes you. As I emerged from that season, my faith deepened and many of my priorities changed. I became acutely aware that life is fragile and temporary. People, careers, possessions, and even our most treasured luxuries can disappear without warning. What remains long after we are gone is the impact we have on others.
Over time, that inner shift changed the way I related to many of the luxury brands I had loved and carried for years. The disconnect was not about a single campaign or headline. It was the realization that those brands no longer felt aligned with the woman I was becoming.
Eventually, I stepped away from luxury altogether and reached for something simple—a canvas tote bearing the words Veni Sancte Spiritus—Come, Holy Spirit.
Yet there was still a tension. While it reflected my values, it lacked the craftsmanship, beauty, and refinement I had always appreciated in exceptional luxury goods. I wanted both: a piece that carried meaning without compromising luxury excellence. When I could not find it, I decided to create it.
Maison Veni was born from that tension.
Rooted in the Christian faith that shaped its founding, the maison exists to create timeless pieces that honor both who we are and who we are becoming. We believe every woman is on a journey. For some, it is one of becoming. For others, it is one of deepening, refining, healing, exploring, or simply living more fully into who they were created to be.
Wherever you find yourself on that journey, you are welcome here.
Luxury, at its highest level, is what endures.
