Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must remain unworn, unused, and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. The Maison reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Returns may be initiated through the Returns portal accessible via your order confirmation or customer account.

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. Returned items may be submitted for refund, and a new order may be placed separately.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on the financial institution.

Select pieces may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return. Applicable exclusions will be noted at the time of purchase.
